- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Marinate the sliced beef with soy sauce and cornstarch.
- Blanch broccoli until tender-crisp.
- Make the stir-fry sauce by whisking together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, cornstarch, and water.
- Stir-fry the beef until browned and set aside.
- Sauté garlic and ginger, then add the sauce and broccoli. Return beef to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and serve over rice.
