Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Marinate the sliced beef with soy sauce and cornstarch.
  • Blanch broccoli until tender-crisp.
  • Make the stir-fry sauce by whisking together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, cornstarch, and water.
  • Stir-fry the beef until browned and set aside.
  • Sauté garlic and ginger, then add the sauce and broccoli. Return beef to the skillet and toss to combine.
  • Drizzle with sesame oil and serve over rice.
