Instructions

  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the ground cinnamon and brown sugar.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in a small amount of batter to form a pancake.
  6. Sprinkle a little of the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top of the pancake while it cooks.
  7. Once bubbles form on the surface, flip the pancake and cook until golden brown.
  8. Repeat with the remaining batter.
