- 1 teaspoon powdered erythritol
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and granulated erythritol. Mix well.
- Add the egg, almond milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until fully combined and smooth.
- Microwave the mug on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds, or until the center is set. Cooking times may vary depending on your microwave, so check for doneness.
- While the cinnamon roll is cooking, prepare the icing by mixing the softened cream cheese, almond milk, and powdered erythritol in a small bowl until smooth.
- Once the cinnamon roll is done, let it cool for a minute. Drizzle the icing over the top before serving.
