- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed cinnamon graham crackers, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and salt. Mix well until combined.
- Add the softened butter, vanilla extract, and sweetened condensed milk to the dry ingredients. Stir until a thick dough forms.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips, ground cinnamon, and chopped nuts or shredded coconut if using. Mix until evenly distributed.
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the dish, smoothing it out evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Once set, lift the truffle square out of the dish using the parchment paper. Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- For a spicier flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg or ginger to the mixture.
- Substitute the mini chocolate chips with white chocolate chips or dried fruit for a different taste.
