- 1 cup pecan butter
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol (or sweetener of choice)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional, for texture)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pecan butter, melted coconut oil, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Add the ground cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt to the mixture. Mix until all the spices are evenly distributed.
- If using, fold in the chopped pecans for added texture.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a lined mini muffin tin, filling each cavity about three-quarters full.
- Place the molds in the freezer for about 1-2 hours, or until the fat bombs are solid.
- Once set, pop the fat bombs out of the molds and store them in an airtight container in the freezer or refrigerator.
Notes
- For a chocolate twist, add 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder to the mixture before pouring it into molds.
- Experiment with different nut butters, such as almond or cashew, for a unique flavor profile.
