Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecan butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional, for texture)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the pecan butter, melted coconut oil, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  2. Add the ground cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt to the mixture. Mix until all the spices are evenly distributed.
  3. If using, fold in the chopped pecans for added texture.
  4. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a lined mini muffin tin, filling each cavity about three-quarters full.
  5. Place the molds in the freezer for about 1-2 hours, or until the fat bombs are solid.
  6. Once set, pop the fat bombs out of the molds and store them in an airtight container in the freezer or refrigerator.

Notes

  • For a chocolate twist, add 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder to the mixture before pouring it into molds.
