- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large salad bowl, combine greens, pomegranate seeds, pecans, apple slices, and cheese.
- In a small jar, whisk or shake dressing ingredients until well combined.
