- 1 ½ cups Oreo cookie crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon red food coloring
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Red and green sprinkles, for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Gradually add the granulated sugar and continue to beat until well combined.
- Add the vanilla extract, eggs (one at a time), sour cream, cocoa powder, red food coloring, white vinegar, and lemon juice. Mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the batter is smooth.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the prepared Oreo crust, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for an additional hour to cool gradually.
- Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with red and green sprinkles for a festive touch.

- For a chocolatey twist, add mini chocolate chips to the cheesecake batter before baking.
