Ingredients

  • 4 oz sugar-free white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol (or preferred keto sweetener)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Crushed peppermint candies for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the sugar-free white chocolate, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
