- 1/2 cup toasted pecans

- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
- For the Green Goddess Dressing:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, toasted pecans, dried cranberries, and feta cheese if using. Toss gently to mix the ingredients evenly.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, lemon juice, chives, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
- Drizzle the Green Goddess dressing over the salad just before serving, and toss gently to coat the salad evenly.
- Serve immediately, or chill the salad for up to 30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.
