  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon erythritol or your preferred keto sweetener
  • 1/4 cup crushed ice
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (for topping)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the almond milk, avocado, spinach, almond butter, cocoa powder, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, erythritol, and crushed ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more erythritol. Blend again if necessary.
