Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, tahini, honey (or maple syrup), cocoa powder, mini chocolate chips, chopped nuts, vanilla extract, and salt.

- Once combined, use your hands to roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate the energy balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store the energy balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Notes
- For added flavor, try substituting almond butter for tahini.
- Add a pinch of cinnamon to the mixture for extra flavor.
- Roll the finished energy balls in shredded coconut or crushed nuts for an extra crunch.
