Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 9-inch cake pans.
  2. Whisk dry ingredients. Add eggs, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla. Mix in hot coffee.
  3. Divide batter between pans. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely.
  4. Spread jam and raspberries between layers.
  5. Heat cream, pour over chocolate, stir until smooth. Pour over cake.
