Instructions

- Whisk dry ingredients. Add eggs, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla. Mix in hot coffee.
- Divide batter between pans. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely.
- Spread jam and raspberries between layers.
- Heat cream, pour over chocolate, stir until smooth. Pour over cake.
