Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate hummus, almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
