- 1 cup chocolate hummus
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate hummus, almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
