- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the cookie dough into the pre-made pie crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
