Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the green beans and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, and stir to coat the green beans evenly.
- Season with salt to taste and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
