- 4 slices of whole-grain bread
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, scoop out the avocado and mash it with lime juice, salt, black pepper, and chili powder until creamy but still slightly chunky.
- In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup with the caviar until well combined.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Toast the bread slices in the skillet until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Spread a generous layer of the avocado mixture on each slice of toasted bread.
- Top each avocado toast with a spoonful of the chili-maple caviar mixture.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves if desired and serve immediately.
