  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onions, tomatoes)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, water, turmeric powder, black salt, and baking powder. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Add chopped vegetables to the batter and mix well.
  3. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Pour half of the batter into the skillet, spreading it evenly.
  5. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown.
  6. Flip the omelette carefully and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter to make a second omelette.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite sauce or salad.
