- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, water, turmeric powder, black salt, and baking powder. Whisk until smooth.
- Add chopped vegetables to the batter and mix well.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour half of the batter into the skillet, spreading it evenly.
- Cook for about 5 minutes or until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown.
- Flip the omelette carefully and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Repeat with the remaining batter to make a second omelette.
- Serve hot with your favorite sauce or salad.
