Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken wings, beef tallow, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack, making sure they are not touching each other.
- Roast the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
