Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken tenders with salt and pepper.
  3. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each chicken tender.
  4. Roll the chicken tenders tightly and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  5. Dredge each rolled chicken tender in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Place the chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Remove toothpicks before serving.
