- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup grated onion
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until just combined.
- Form into 1 1/2-inch meatballs and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve with your favorite sauce or as an appetizer.

- Don’t overmix the meat to keep the meatballs tender.
- These meatballs can be made ahead and frozen for meal prep.
