  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the penne pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a spacious bowl, mix together the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, and broccoli florets.
  4. Pour in the Alfredo sauce and season with garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes if desired. Stir until thoroughly combined.
  5. Drizzle a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil to prevent sticking.
