Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, and maple syrup. Stir well to avoid clumping.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until it thickens.
- Once the chia pudding is set, stir in lime juice and zest.
- Serve the pudding in bowls and top with diced mango.
- Garnish with additional lime zest if desired.
