Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and prepare a baking dish by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it.
- Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and gently pound them to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch.
- In a bowl, mix together the chopped chestnuts, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced sage, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well incorporated.
- Spread the chestnut mixture evenly across each chicken breast, leaving a small margin around the edges.
- Carefully roll each chicken breast from one end to the other, forming a tight cylinder, and secure the ends with toothpicks or kitchen twine.

- Let the chicken rest on a cutting board for about 5 minutes. If making a sauce, pour the heavy cream into the skillet over medium heat, scraping up any flavorful bits, and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
