- 1 loaf of sourdough bread
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the sourdough bread into thick slices.
- Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Toast the bread in the oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Once the bread is toasted, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.
- Top each slice of bread with the tomato mixture.
- Carefully tear the burrata cheese and place it on top of the tomatoes.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- For extra flavor, drizzle balsamic glaze over the bruschetta before serving.
- Use heirloom tomatoes for a colorful presentation.
