Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 12 slider buns
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add diced onions, salt, and pepper, and cook until onions are soft.
  4. Stir in ketchup and mustard, mixing well.
  5. Place slider buns on a baking sheet and fill each with the beef mixture.
  6. Top each slider with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
