  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another bowl, mix the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese until well combined. You can microwave them for about 30 seconds to make mixing easier.
  4. Add the eggs to the cheese mixture and stir until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the cheese mixture, stirring until fully combined.
  6. Fold in the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley, if using.
  7. Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small mounds or a loaf shape, depending on your preference.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow the cheese bread to cool for a few minutes before serving.
