  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 200g halloumi cheese, cut into cubes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Thread the zucchini, blackberries, and halloumi cubes onto skewers, alternating between each ingredient.
  4. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the zucchini is charred and the halloumi is golden.
