- 1 pineapple, peeled and cut into chunks

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss the shishito peppers and pineapple chunks with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Thread the shishito peppers and pineapple onto the skewers, alternating between the two.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until the peppers are charred and the pineapple is caramelized.
- Remove from the grill and serve warm.
