Description

Delicious charred corn ribs slathered in a spicy gochujang butter for a unique flavor experience.


Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Chopped cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Husk the corn and cut each ear into quarters to create ribs.
  3. In a bowl, mix the softened butter, gochujang, honey, lime juice, and salt until well combined.
  4. Brush the corn ribs with the gochujang butter mixture.
  5. Place the corn ribs on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and tender.
  6. Remove from the grill and brush with any remaining gochujang butter.
  7. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of gochujang based on your spice preference.
  • These can also be made in the oven if a grill is not available.
