Description
Delicious charred corn ribs slathered in a spicy gochujang butter for a unique flavor experience.
Ingredients

- 4 ears of corn
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt, to taste
- Chopped cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Husk the corn and cut each ear into quarters to create ribs.
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter, gochujang, honey, lime juice, and salt until well combined.
- Brush the corn ribs with the gochujang butter mixture.
- Place the corn ribs on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and tender.
- Remove from the grill and brush with any remaining gochujang butter.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of gochujang based on your spice preference.
- These can also be made in the oven if a grill is not available.
