A refreshing and healthy charcoal black lemonade recipe that combines the tanginess of lemon with the unique properties of activated charcoal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon activated charcoal powder
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, combine the cold water, fresh lemon juice, and honey or agave syrup. Stir well until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
  2. Add the activated charcoal powder to the mixture and stir until fully incorporated. The lemonade will turn a deep black color.
  3. Taste the lemonade and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or agave syrup.
  4. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the charcoal lemonade over the ice.
  5. Garnish each glass with a lemon slice and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.

Notes
