  3. Pour about 1/4 cup of the egg mixture into the skillet, tilting the pan to spread the mixture evenly into a thin layer.
  4. Cook for about 1-2 minutes, or until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly golden.
  5. Carefully flip the crepe using a spatula and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until set.
  6. Remove the crepe from the skillet and place it on a plate. Repeat the process with the remaining egg mixture, greasing the skillet as needed.
  7. Serve warm, either plain or with your favorite carnivore-friendly toppings.
