Description

A crunchy and tangy snack that mimics the flavor of traditional pork rinds using chickpeas.


Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chickpeas dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a bowl, mix the chickpeas with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  4. Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until crispy.
  6. Let them cool before serving.
