- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chickpeas dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix the chickpeas with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until crispy.
- Let them cool before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, bake them a little longer.
