Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt, creating a well in the center.
  3. Pour in the melted butter, yogurt, and egg, stirring until a cohesive dough forms.
  4. Sprinkle the baking powder over the mixture and gently knead until the dough is smooth, adding more flour if necessary to prevent stickiness.
  5. In a separate bowl, blend the crumbled feta, cottage cheese, and parsley (if desired) until thoroughly mixed.
  6. Cut the dough into four equal portions and roll each into a thin rectangle on a floured surface.
  7. Spoon a generous amount of the cheese mixture along one edge of each rectangle, then carefully roll the dough around the filling, sealing it tightly.
  8. Shape each roll into a spiral or coil.
