A delicious and unique twist on the classic Caesar salad, featuring crispy pretzel-crusted chicken tossed in a spicy buffalo ranch dressing.

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the crushed pretzels with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast in buffalo sauce, then coat with the pretzel mixture.
- Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- While the chicken is baking, prepare the salad by combining the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix the ranch dressing with a little buffalo sauce to taste.
- Once the chicken is done, slice it and add it to the salad.
- Drizzle the buffalo ranch dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- For extra heat, add more buffalo sauce to the dressing.
