  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed pretzels with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken breast in buffalo sauce, then coat with the pretzel mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. While the chicken is baking, prepare the salad by combining the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the ranch dressing with a little buffalo sauce to taste.
  7. Once the chicken is done, slice it and add it to the salad.
