Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the chickpeas, buffalo sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the chickpea mixture on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  4. While the chickpeas are roasting, cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
  5. Once the chickpeas are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  6. Scoop the roasted chickpeas into the avocado halves.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired and serve immediately.
