Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned.
  3. Pour in the buffalo sauce and chicken broth, then bring to a boil.
  4. Add the pasta and stir well. Reduce heat and cover, cooking until the pasta is al dente.
  5. Stir in the cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with additional buffalo sauce if desired.
