Description

A delicious and spicy twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich, featuring buffalo chicken dip, cheddar, and blue cheese.


Ingredients

  • Erich’s Buffalo Chicken Dip
  • 2 slices of bread per sandwich
  • Butter
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Blue cheese

Instructions

  1. Butter the outsides of two slices of bread.
  2. Flip the bread over and either sprinkle some crumbled blue cheese or spread a thin layer on one slice of bread.
  3. Sprinkle on as much cheddar cheese as you’d like.
  4. Using a spoon, layer on some of the Buffalo chicken dip and place the second piece of bread on top.
  5. Warm up your pan to medium heat and cook the sandwich for about 2 minutes per side, or until it’s lightly toasty brown and cheese is oozing out the sides.
  6. Serve with a cold drink and some chips.
