A delicious and spicy twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich, featuring buffalo chicken dip, cheddar, and blue cheese.

- Erich’s Buffalo Chicken Dip
- 2 slices of bread per sandwich
- Butter
- Cheddar cheese, shredded
- Blue cheese
Instructions
- Butter the outsides of two slices of bread.
- Flip the bread over and either sprinkle some crumbled blue cheese or spread a thin layer on one slice of bread.
- Sprinkle on as much cheddar cheese as you’d like.
- Using a spoon, layer on some of the Buffalo chicken dip and place the second piece of bread on top.
- Warm up your pan to medium heat and cook the sandwich for about 2 minutes per side, or until it’s lightly toasty brown and cheese is oozing out the sides.
- Serve with a cold drink and some chips.

- Adjust the amount of cheese and dip to your preference.
- Ensure the pan is not too hot to avoid burning the bread.
