Buffalo Chicken Bombs are a delicious game day snack filled with shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and cheese, wrapped in crescent roll dough.

- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo wing sauce, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and green onions if using. Mix until well combined.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a generous tablespoon of the buffalo chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough around the filling, starting from the wide end and tucking in the sides as you go to form a sealed bomb.
- Place the bombs on a greased baking sheet, seam side down.
- Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray for a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños to the filling.
- You can also substitute the buffalo sauce with BBQ sauce for a different flavor profile.
