- 1 bag frozen cauliflower tots
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup diced green onions
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the cauliflower tots package.
- Spread the frozen cauliflower tots on a baking sheet and bake until golden and crispy.
- In a bowl, mix the baked cauliflower tots with buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Transfer the buffalo-coated tots to a serving dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top and return to the oven until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and top with diced green onions, sour cream, and cilantro if desired.
Notes
