Description

  • 1 bag frozen cauliflower tots
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the cauliflower tots package.
  2. Spread the frozen cauliflower tots on a baking sheet and bake until golden and crispy.
  3. In a bowl, mix the baked cauliflower tots with buffalo sauce until well coated.
  4. Transfer the buffalo-coated tots to a serving dish.
