A delicious and spicy twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich featuring buffalo cauliflower.

- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Place the coated cauliflower on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender.
- Assemble the sandwiches by placing cheese and grilled buffalo cauliflower between two slices of bread.
- Spread butter on the outside of the sandwiches.
- Grill the sandwiches for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to your spice preference.
- For a vegan option, use plant-based cheese and butter.
