  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and place on paper towels to drain. Once cooled, crumble the bacon into small pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, red onion, cheddar cheese, raisins, and crumbled bacon.
