Description

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, until they start to soften.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add the spiralized zucchini noodles to the skillet, tossing them in the sauce for about 2-3 minutes until they are heated through but still slightly crunchy.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
