A delicious and creamy dip made with Boursin cheese, fig preserves, and hot honey, topped with crunchy pistachios.
Ingredients

- 8 ounces Boursin cheese (any flavor)
- 1/2 cup fig preserves
- 1/4 cup hot honey (or regular honey with a pinch of cayenne)
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Boursin cheese, fig preserves, hot honey, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended and smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
- Sprinkle the chopped pistachios evenly over the top of the cheese mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the dip is warm and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Drizzle with additional hot honey and sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired.
- Serve warm with crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh fruit.
Notes
- For a creamier dip, you can blend the mixture in a food processor before baking.
- To make it a bit sweeter, add an extra tablespoon of fig preserves or honey.
