Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 package of graham crackers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine sliced peaches and bourbon. Let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  3. In a rectangular dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
  4. Spread a layer of the whipped cream mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Add a layer of the bourbon-soaked peaches on top of the whipped cream.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of whipped cream.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
