- 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 1 package of graham crackers
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine sliced peaches and bourbon. Let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- In a rectangular dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread a layer of the whipped cream mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add a layer of the bourbon-soaked peaches on top of the whipped cream.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of whipped cream.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, substitute bourbon with peach juice.
