Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup flour
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup cold butter, cubed
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix crust ingredients and press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in blueberries. Pour over crust.
  3. For crumble, mix flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over filling.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Cool completely before refrigerating for 4 hours.
