- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup erythritol or your preferred keto sweetener
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup fresh blueberries (or frozen, thawed and drained)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, salt, and erythritol. Mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and almond milk until fully combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the biscuits to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

- For added flavor, consider mixing in a teaspoon of vanilla extract or lemon zest.
