- 1 lb mahi-mahi fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the mahi-mahi fillets.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the mahi-mahi fillets to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and blackened.
- Remove the mahi-mahi from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before flaking it into bite-sized pieces.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
- Assemble the tacos by placing the flaked mahi-mahi on the tortillas, then topping with shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.

- For extra heat, add sliced jalapeños to the tacos.
