Black & White Keto Fat Bomb Bites are delightful treats that are low in carbs and perfect for a keto diet.
Ingredients

- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol (or sweetener of choice)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Divide the mixture in half. Leave one half as is for the chocolate layer.
- To the other half, add the shredded coconut and mix until evenly distributed.
- Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly.
- Spoon a tablespoon of the chocolate mixture into each muffin cup, spreading it evenly.
- Next, add a tablespoon of the coconut mixture on top of the chocolate layer in each cup.
- Use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the two layers together slightly for a marbled effect.
- Place the muffin tin in the freezer for at least 1 hour or until the fat bombs are firm.
- Once set, remove the fat bombs from the tin and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
Notes
- For a different flavor, try adding a few drops of peppermint extract to the chocolate layer for a minty twist.
- Substitute the almond butter with peanut butter or sunflower seed butter for a different nut-free option.
