Ingredients

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 ripe bananas, frozen
- 2 tablespoons black sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)
- Toppings: sliced banana, additional black sesame seeds, granola, coconut flakes, or fresh berries
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the almond milk, frozen bananas, black sesame seeds, honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, rolled oats, and Greek yogurt (if using).
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more almond milk until desired consistency is reached.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with your choice of sliced banana, additional black sesame seeds, granola, coconut flakes, or fresh berries.
