- 200g noodles
- 3 tablespoons black garlic miso
- 200g firm tofu, cubed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat and add the cubed tofu. Cook until golden and crispy on all sides.
- In a bowl, mix black garlic miso, soy sauce, and sesame oil to create the sauce.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan with the crispy tofu and pour the sauce over them. Toss to combine.
- Serve the noodles topped with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the tofu in soy sauce before frying.
- Feel free to add vegetables like bok choy or bell peppers for added nutrition.
