Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons black garlic miso
  • 200g firm tofu, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat and add the cubed tofu. Cook until golden and crispy on all sides.
  3. In a bowl, mix black garlic miso, soy sauce, and sesame oil to create the sauce.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the pan with the crispy tofu and pour the sauce over them. Toss to combine.
  5. Serve the noodles topped with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
